This Content Licence explains how ownership and licensing work in relation to content you upload to HairFry and the images generated by our AI transformation service.
Content You Upload
You retain ownership of the photos and other content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process that content solely to provide and operate the hairstyle transformation service (including transmission to and processing by our technology and any third-party AI infrastructure we use to deliver the feature). We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images, and we do not use them for marketing or other purposes beyond providing the service you request, except as set out in our Privacy Policy or with your consent.
Generated Outputs
The images generated by our AI based on your uploads are created for your personal use and preview. Subject to your compliance with our Terms of Use and User Agreement, you may use these generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g. viewing, sharing with friends, or deciding on a hairstyle). Any commercial or broader use may be subject to additional terms or restrictions. We do not guarantee that generated content is free from third-party rights; you are responsible for ensuring your use does not infringe any applicable laws or third-party rights.
Platform Rights
HairFry and its licensors own all rights in the platform, including the technology, design, branding, and any pre-existing content we provide. This Content Licence does not transfer any of those rights to you. You may not use our branding or platform materials except as permitted by the normal use of the service or with our prior written consent.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content you submit and that your use of generated outputs complies with applicable laws and these terms. We may remove content or suspend access where we reasonably believe there is a breach of these terms or of law.
We may update this Content Licence from time to time. The current version will be available on this page.
