This User Agreement sets out the rules for using HairFry’s AI hairstyle transformation platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Account and Use
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your details up to date. You may only use the service for lawful, personal or permitted commercial use in line with our Terms of Use.
Content You Upload
You must only upload images that you have the right to use. By uploading content, you confirm that you own the rights to the image or have obtained necessary permissions, and that the content does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property or other rights. You must not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or non-consensual content, including images of others without their consent where required by applicable law.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform in any way that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or that could harm HairFry, other users, or third parties. You must not attempt to circumvent security measures, misuse the service for automated scraping or bulk operations without permission, or use the platform to generate or distribute content that violates laws or the rights of others. We reserve the right to restrict or prohibit uses that we consider to be misuse of the service or harmful to the platform.
Intellectual Property and Platform Misuse
The HairFry platform, including its design, branding, and technology, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse our systems or content except as permitted by these terms or separate written agreement. Use of generated outputs is subject to our Content Licence and Terms of Use.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you breach this User Agreement or our Terms of Use, or if we are required to do so by law. We may also suspend or terminate access for operational or security reasons. Where possible, we will give you notice where appropriate. You may close your account at any time by following the account closure process on the platform.
Changes
We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
